من نحن

Cooked fresh, every single day

Azeema — عزيمة — means an invitation to a feast, and that is how we cook. Our kitchen in Al Rakah Ash Shamaliyah, Dammam turns out Saudi popular dishes and Levantine home cooking side by side: lamb mandi and haneeth from the buried oven, madfoon and barma, chicken shawaya over open charcoal.

Meat is butchered fresh, rice trays are cooked in batches through the day, and the mezze — Azeema salad, tahini, cucumber laban, spicy salad — is made in-house. For weddings and family gatherings we prepare whole lamb; please give us four hours.

Dine in with the family, take it away, or have it delivered free across the neighbourhood. Most people spend SAR 20–100.
